Job overview:
Generate and deliver timely category reports, collaborate with/support category managers to strategize and implement category projects in alignment with overarching category strategic initiatives. With the objectives to contribute to achieving joint sell-out targets with markets and brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support on Monthly Category-specific analysis to help keep track of business performance, key learnings and recommendations: Monthly Category Performance presentation, Monthly merchandising highlights, Category Natures overview.
- Support the team to deliver the half year major projects: bi-annual pricing review, bi-annual market week review with exclusive brands and key selective brands.
- Support exclusive brand management to help drive sales and maintain exclusive brand market shares: Assist in brand operation matters and drive tactical promotions.
- Work on key product category analysis projects for category managers to further analyse and strategies
- Productivity improvement project - quarterly deep dive analysis into sub-category (i.e. nature). Insights sharing with Country category teams to improve assortment selection.
