Our client is an Life-science MNC, one of the leading players in the Trading & Distribution sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Human Resource Manager to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West.
Duties of HR Manager:
- Manage all aspects of HR functions daily.
- Assist in recruiting top talent by assessing applications, shortlisting, and conducting onboarding.
- Handle work pass applications and oversee the process.
- Administer payroll and handle related matters.
- Provide guidance to Department Heads on performance management and resolve employee issues.
- Foster positive work relationships, morale, and productivity.
- Analyze business needs and trends to offer effective HR solutions.
- Identify process gaps and drive necessary changes for better HR practices.
- Support management with ad-hoc admin/HR tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or HR related discipline.
- Min 10 years of HR with supervisory experience
- Possess full spectrum of HR experience
