ROLE OBJECTIVE
To spearhead and lead overall business for the company
MAIN ACTIVITIES/TASKS
- Spearhead new business opportunities and implement business strategies to generate leads and revenue in corporate partners, schools and special interest groups segments
- Conduct marketing activities to lead overseas marketing presence
- Lead business development and partnership initiatives
- Keep abreast of market developments and monitor the competitive landscape
- Involved in strategic business planning with franchisees to achieve sales and business objectives
- Establish and manage compliance of policies in alignment with HQ initiatives
- Manage operations and oversee operations procedures
- Present regular project reports to update on activities and performance of the division
- Oversee and coordinate with the senior management team of the company, Sales & Marketing, Service, Operation, Finance & Administration.
- Develop clear sales & marketing plans based on HQ’s and local sales strategies. Drive efficient execution at the country / regional level to achieve exponential sales results.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing/ Business Administration / Mass Communication or its equivalent
- Minimum 15 years of relevant working experience, preferably with working experience globally
- Proven success in generation of leads and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with influencing and negotiation capabilities
- Proactive and dynamic team player who is committed to delivering outstanding performance
- Possess strong business acumen and decision making skills
- Proven ability to establish profitable enterprise in complex market regions
- Familiar with franchise management and franchise business contractual matters
- Analytical with business acumen and excellent project management skills
- Result-oriented and able to multi-task with a high drive to deliver within limited timelines and budgets
