- Contract duration: 12 months
- Salary: up to $3,400 + completion bonus
- Location: PLQ
- Working days & hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
Job Purpose:
To handle the Key Policy Services transactions for Life (Traditional and Investment-linked) and Accident & Health policies.
Job Descriptions:
- To handle the assessment and processing of policy alterations of Life (Traditional and Investmentlinked) and Accident & Health policies, comprising of policy benefits, reinstatements, review and
other policy admin transactions. - Provide support in handing enquires from touchpoints, including policyholders and financial representatives;
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
- Manage the drop box submissions and email submissions.
