Our client is an established company specialising in Biomedical and Manufacturing. They are expanding and growing at a fast pace and now looking to hire a Production Supervisor to support the growth. They are located in the West – easily accessible.
The Responsibles of Production Supervisor will include:
- Oversees the allocation of workforce and packaging materials to achieve timely delivery to customers.
- Supervises production planning activities to efficiently utilize resources and fulfill customer orders.
- Collaborates with heads of other departments to achieve the company's shared objectives.
- Maintains precise control of inventory on the production shop floor.
- Upholds safety standards and ensures proper cleanliness in the production shop floor.
- Champions ongoing improvements in processes related to production and packaging.
- Ensures adherence to ISO procedures, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and all regulatory requirements.
- Undertakes any additional responsibilities as delegated by superiors or management.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing setting
- Minimum Diploma
- Comfortable with permanent night shift
