Responsibilities
- Check Policy Contracts to prepare for mailing to policyholders
- Process billings, collections and payments of policy premiums
- Data Entry / Amendments for insurance applications
- Daily retrieval & sorting of documents at mailroom
- Ensure department KPIs are achieved for policy delivery and processing
- Manage and ensure sufficiency of stationery required for policy processing
- Sending of emails to intermediaries informing of outstanding requirements/ actions for assessment and policy inception.
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks/projects to support business operations
Skills/Requirement
- Diploma with at least 1 years’ working experience, preferably in Life Insurance businesses
- Good team player with an eye to details & ability to work under pressure
