Job Responsibilities
- Attending to commercial and corporate clients
- Handling customers' daily transactions eg. time deposit placements, execution of foreign exchange and loan transactions etc
- Promoting of bank's product calls with corporate clients and upselling of services
- Actively involves in department's campaigns together with corporate relationship managers
- Work closely with internal stakeholder to ensure smooth operation and transactions
- Work in fast paced environment, understanding customer's requirements and present solutions that meet their needs
Requirements
- Degree in any discipline
- Prior customer service/ front line experiences in banking/FI is preferred
- Prior experience handling commercial or corporate clients will be advantageous
- Working track record with loan funding systems can be an advantage
