The person whom we are looking for should have the following requisites:
1) A mininum of 3 years relevant experience including contract management, design skills, communication skills, co-ordination skills, BIM (would be an asset).
2) To be able to work independently and need the least supervision.
3) A team player who can work well with seniors and juniors alike.
