Monday to Friday office hours
Salary: $4k to $6k
Responsibilities
- Prepare and handle daily accounting operations, such as invoicing, payment, reconciliation of bank statements, etc
- Review monthly and yearly Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Trade Debtor and cash flow reports
- Assist in the financial year closing process in providing information and data as requested
- Manage payroll, CPF and taxation matters
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements
- Assist on a recruitment process and other HR relevant matters
- Other admin and ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Min Diploma or Degree in business administration or finance/accountancy/banking or equivalent
- Prior experience in in finance and HR roles
- Understanding of financial principles and HR best practices is advantaegous
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
