Job Description:

As an IT Sales Manager specializing in IT Manpower Professional Services with a focus on Time & Materials (T&M) business, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts within the banking sector. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate and manage relationships with large banking corporations, promoting our IT staffing and professional services solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the banking sector, focusing on IT Manpower.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, challenges, and industry trends to tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within large banking corporations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client requirements and aligning our services to meet their strategic objectives.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Identify emerging opportunities and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Work closely with the solution delivery team to create compelling proposals that address client needs and differentiate our services.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions while maintaining a focus on long-term partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in IT Sales, specifically within the IT Manpower Professional Services and T&M business.
  • Demonstrated success in selling to large banking corporations.
  • Strong understanding of IT staffing, professional services, and the technology landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field.
