Job Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for secretary who is supporting all GM’s department Heads
- Assisting the Division Office secretary on miscellaneous logistics
- Daily office errands
- Assisting with office events, sales customer events and GM’s contact person facilitating signatories for documents
- All other ad hoc duties
Period:
- 12 months
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Salary:
- Up to $3000
Location:
- Raffles Place
Requirements:
- Minimum A / Diploma with secretary/admin experience
