Join our innovative team as an IT Project Manager, where you will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation initiatives, particularly with expertise in Salesforce implementation. Job Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Coordination:
- Develop detailed business cases for projects, outlining objectives, benefits, and risks.
- Ensure projects align with business needs, delivering on cost, duration, and quality parameters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective project execution, with a focus on Salesforce integration.
Procurement:
- Oversee the procurement of digital systems, ensuring timely acquisition and implementation, particularly with Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to optimize the procurement process for Salesforce-related projects.
Project Management Methodologies:
- Assess and apply project management methodologies, with a strong emphasis on Agile practices, tailored for Salesforce implementation.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, with a focus on Salesforce project management.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential project risks and assess their impact on organizational goals, particularly in the context of Salesforce implementation.
- Formulate and implement mitigating measures to address identified risks specific to Salesforce projects.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Actively engage and motivate key partners, fostering collaboration for successful Salesforce project outcomes.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders at various levels, emphasizing the impact on Salesforce initiatives.
Budget and Scope Management:
- Contribute to budget management, risk assessment, and project scope definition, particularly in Salesforce projects.
- Monitor project financials and timelines, making adjustments as necessary for Salesforce implementation.
Job Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/ Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering or related field.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience as a Project Manager, with a proven track record in Salesforce implementation.
- Strong presentation skills, both written and verbal, to positively influence key partners in Salesforce projects.
