Job Description:
- Accountable for the assigned projects & system configurations, including but not limited to end to end project management & continuous improvement.
- Proactively identify business processes in Workday which can be enhanced to optimize manual work.
- Partner with People Operation teams and collaborate on business requirements to improve business operations and end user experience.
- Review business processes and workflows to ensure workday features are fully utilized and identify workday features that may improve efficiency.
- Develop integrations between systems
- Assist HR users to maintain data quality for different transactions.
- Proactively identifies areas where HR data is not up to date and work with HR partners to suggest and implement ways to improve data quality.
- Evaluate, communicate and coordinate the technical impacts of application configuration decisions and propose mitigation plans/work around.
- Provide insight on new trends & new capabilities in HRIS sphere and be the evangelist for Workday and other HRIS systems in the company.
- Develop, test and deploy implementation and Workday upgrades required to meet business requirements.
- Create various reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Trending, Transposed, Search, and nBox)and dashboards for various stakeholders
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience working on Workday Projects.
- Strong experience working with Workday HCM functional areas.
- Knowledge of Calculated fields, Advanced, Matrix and composite reporting.
- Hands-on experience with EIB - inbound/ outbound
- Experienced in building integrations and automations using Workday Studio
- Able to work with Workday API and other system API
- Hands-on working experience with XML development and JSON data
- Strong “hands on” experience configuring Workday Business Processes and security.
- Ability to analyze business process requirements and translate into Workday requirements and configurations.
- Great analytical skills with superb follow through and attention to details.
- Well organized, maintains documentations and is able to effectively prioritize tasks.
- Experienced in BIRT Reporting will be preferred.
