Job Summary:
- Salary up to $3500 + Performance Bonus
- Monday - Friday: 9AM - 6PM
- Location: Tai Seng
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle import export shipping operation activities
- Coordinate regards to shipping arrangements (import / export)
- To check the best quotation before to decide the shipping mode for all import shipments
- Follow up with brand principal on invoice & packing list
- Liaise with freight forwarder review and negotiate freight rates & sailing schedule (ocean, air & courier)
- Analysis of monthly freight activities
- Monitor stock levels at external warehouses and update warehouse in charge/BUs (assist warehouse)
- Prepare export shipping documents
- Provide contracts-related advice to traders
- Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts and relevant documents (including trading, hedging and shipping contracts)
- Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or equivalent (Business Administration, Maritime Studies or legal-related majors are preferred)
- Preferred 2 years’ work experience in oil trading industry and in similar role
- Meticulous, diligent and professional
- Good drafting and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications, including Words and Excel
