The Chief Operating Officer (COO) reports to the CEO. Working in partnership with the CEO, the COO is responsible for the success of the group of businesses.
Leading a group of functional leaders, the COO will ensure the accomplishment of the company’s mission, vision, and overall goals.
As a key member of the company’s leadership team, the COO will take a leadership role in building, implementing, and overseeing sales & operations of the group, its systems, processes, workflows, and procedures. The COO will also play a critical role in helping to shape and guide the future growth and development of the organization.

Consistently displays integrity, models behavior, develops people, and builds teams. This individual deals effectively with demanding situations and designs and implements interventions.
-Motivating: The COO manages continuity, change and transition. This individual knows how to influence, enable others, and addresses the impact of attitude and action on the group.
The Chief Operating Officer provides direction to the Functional Leaders and ensures the effective deliveries of business activities for the group of businesses as summarized under “Responsibilities and duties”.
Job Requirements :
· A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in similar capacity/position.
• Must have at least 8 years’ experience within the fintech/web3 industry.
• Able to lead, advice and manage the entire operations of the group.
• Experience in managing complex enterprise.
