Your next opportunity

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to join our team. This individual contributor role is at the heart of managing our IT infrastructure in the Singapore office, ensuring robust cybersecurity measures, and spearheading IT initiatives that bolster our operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a collaborative environment, embraces challenges, and is dedicated to driving continuous improvement in the IT domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage and coordinate with our IT outsourced maintenance vendor to ensure seamless operation and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.
  • Oversee the administration of in-house servers, server-based applications, Microsoft 365 cloud services, Microsoft Server environments and daily backups, ensuring high availability and reliability.
  • Manage and improve cybersecurity measures, including firewall configurations, endpoint security solutions, and regular security assessments to protect company data and resources.
  • Contribute to cloud transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance scalability and performance through cloud technologies.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to decommissioning, ensuring optimal allocation and maintenance of hardware and software resources.
  • Update IT SOP and procedures, promoting best practices in IT governance and compliance.
  • Facilitate IT training and engagement activities, raising the overall IT literacy and competency.
  • Provide help-desk and technical support, addressing issues related to application systems, office applications, IT peripherals, operating systems, and network access.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT administration, preferably in a professional service industry.
  • Proven expertise in managing IT infrastructure (Microsoft Windows operating system and Active Directory), network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.
  • Strong vendor management skills and experience in coordinating with outsourced IT service providers.
  • Knowledge of IT governance, MAS regulated compliance standards, and business continuity planning.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, independent working skills, and a proactive approach to IT management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with internal teams, management, and external vendors.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and improvement in the field of IT.
