Responsibilities:
- Formulate and execute HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the company's overarching business strategy.
- Foster harmonious relations between management and employees by addressing their concerns, grievances, and other related issues.
- Take charge of the recruitment and selection process.
- Support the current and future business requirements by nurturing, engaging, motivating, and retaining the human capital.
- Create, implement, and oversee HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the entire organization.
- Cultivate a positive work environment.
- Supervise and administer a performance appraisal system designed to encourage high performance.
- Manage the compensation and benefits program.
- Evaluate training needs and implement and oversee training programs.
- Generate management reports and offer decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout all aspects of human resource management.
Requirements:
- Candidate should possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or any equivalent professional qualifications
- Possess an IHRP professional certification
- At least 5 years of experience within managerial level
- Strong organisation and project management skills
- Pro-active, analytical, meticulous and highly organized
