Job description:
- In charge of registration of patients
- Scheduling of appointments
- Assist patients with the self registration
- Attend to patients' enquiries and needs
- Handling of phone calls and ad-hoc admin duties
Job requirements
- Min GCE N' Level and above
- Previous PSA experience highly preferred
- Experience in customer service will be advantageous
- Proficient in computer skills
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- 5.5 Office Hours (8.30am - 6pm)
