Responsibilities
HR
- End-to-end recruitment includes posting advertisements, coordinating with external agencies, scheduling, interviewing, preparing offer proposals, and employee onboarding.
- Offboarding for resigned and terminated employees and expatriates.
- Payroll – incentive and overtime calculation, social security, provident funds, reconciliation, tax filing.
- Compensation and benefits – insurance renewal and enrollment, claims submission and administration, leave management etc.
- Organize internal and external employee training courses and evaluations.
- HR reporting and administration – work passes matters, internal and external report submission, preparation of letters, maintaining employee records.
- Support employee performance review and annual salary review activities.
- Review and update employee handbook in accordance with local legislation.
- Organize staff activities.
- Support Indonesia branch on HR management.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
General Affairs
- Act as point of contact for correspondence with government agencies.
- Office administrative duties – document filing, equipment maintenance, courier services, business travel arrangements, pantry and stationery.
- Responsible for office lease renewal and relocation.
- Liaise with IT team on setup, maintenance, and support.
- Coordinate ISO renewal and recertification as Management Representative.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Management or any other related field
Candidate must have at least 1 years of relevant HR experience with good knowledge of MOM regulations and Employment Act
