Job Responsibilities
- Assist in (i) the design and development of software solutions for Building Managment System (BMS) including chiller systems, HVAC, security, fire alarm and etc, (ii) preparation of P&ID diagram related to the chiller system and its BMS, and (iii) In writing, debugging and testing of the code to control and integrate with the existing BMS system
- Collaborate with engineering team to gather requirements and specification of BMS
- Develop and maintain manuals of the developed BMS system including codes, logic diagrams and system configurations
- Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy-related Engineering with at least 5 years of experience in the development of BMS for chiller plants
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
