KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Review the quarterly and half yearly Group reporting submissions. This would include reviewing of local business units (LBUs) OneStream packs and offline submissions, liaising with Group on regional adjustments, consolidation of Investment Funds packs and provide support to local business units on the reporting requirements.
- Assist in the monthly, quarterly and half year reporting whenever required.
- Liaise with LBUs on financial reporting matters and assist in ad hoc requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Review of LBUs audited Financial Statements.
- Assist in annual SOX audit requests.
- Review of LBUs Finance Manual
- Coordinate and update Regional Finance Operating Manual
Finance Projects:-
- Project Calendar – Oversee the project in accordance with Group Reporting Calendar requirements, working closely with Project Team and LBUs as well as participate in user acceptance test
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Group and Regional reporting, preferably in asset management companies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
- Knowledge of OneStream systems, Oracle ERP and Alteryx will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Hands-on approach, independent and resourceful in solution delivery
- Good verbal and written communication skills
