Job Responsibilities:
- Delivery Operations:Adhere to designated delivery schedules for orders.
Confirm customer orders in coordination with sales personnel prior to delivery initiation.
- Logistics and Equipment Handling:Ensure proper loading and unloading of catering equipment onto delivery vehicles.
Conduct deliveries and collections to various catering locations across the island.
- On-Site Customer Interaction:Communicate with customers to understand on-site setup requirements.
Organize setup and clean-up activities for events such as buffet receptions and seminars.
- Inventory Control:Maintain control over catering equipment inventory during order collections.
- Vehicle Management:Ensure cleanliness and basic servicing of assigned delivery vehicles.
- Hygiene Compliance:Understand and adhere to mandatory hygiene standards and requirements.
- Miscellaneous Duties:Perform any additional duties assigned by the Operations Manager.
Qualifications:
- Experience:Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Customer Service Skills:Strong ability to interact effectively with clients.
- Teamwork:Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Physical Requirements:Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability:Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Driving License:Possession of a Class 3 driving license with a clean record and proficient driving skills.
