As a Dynamics 365 Developer, you will play a key role in customizing and extending the Dynamics 365 platform to meet the unique needs of the business. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative solutions that drive business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM entities, forms, views, and workflows to align with business requirements
- Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# and the Dynamics 365 CRM SDK
- Design and implement custom web resources using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to enhance user experience and functionality
- Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with other systems and applications using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and RESTful APIs
- Design and develop reports and dashboards using Power BI or SSRS to provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and support to stakeholders, including end-users and administrators, on Dynamics 365 CRM functionality and capabilities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features in Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Relevant experience developing solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C# and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM architecture, customization capabilities, and development tools
