Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all aspects related to Sales, Business Development, Event and Training
- Lead the Sales team in working closely with Distributors leader/groups to ensure their success and growth with Market_Singapore
- Generate strategic sales ideas and sales activities to boost sales for MASG branded products, MASG Unfranchise Business and Partnerstores business.
- Manage, lead and support distributors training and events
- Manage overall communication, digital literature and marketing effort related to Sales functions. Communication channel include WhatsApp, social media, Newsletter, digital magazine and etc
- Build strong relationship with distributors by providing training, guidance and participating various Distributors’ team meetings.
- Manage, train and promote of sales Tools that support Distributor’s business growth
Requirements:
- University graduate or equivalent majoring in Business
- Minimum 8 years working experience in Direct Selling Industry and 5 years working experience in management position
- Experience in public speaking and providing training. Able to formulate a training plan, coordinate and deliver the entire training; be dynamic on stage and able to motivate the audiences
- Excellent communication skills with staff and Distributors
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin for sales training and sales tolls preparations.
- Flexible, well-organized with excellent time-management skills, results oriented, but attentive to details
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal and motivational skills
- Positive thinking; establish/maintain rapport with Distributors while maintaining professionalism even under pressure and difficult situations
- Must be a self starter and best team player, internally driven with personal pride in what s/he does.
- PC literate (MSOffice, etc.)
- Able to take extra duties, even work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays occasionally
- Some international and local travels are required
- Able to operate well and manage effectively in a matrix organizational structure
