Responsibilities:
-Online transactions (online payment involved)
-Document preparation, sorting, filing, etc.
-Know how to gather useful information as & when required by the directors
-Attend to customer enquiry
-Follow up with customer via phone and be sales oriented
Requirements:
-MOM CEI (basic) passed
-Relevant experience in either one of the following fields:
• Human resource
• Employment agency
• Gerneral insurance
• Book keeping
-Good command in MS Office (word, excel, outlook)
-Prefer ABSS/MYOB knowledgeable
-Careful and willing to be multi-task
-Initiative to contribute own experience and capabilities to the company
Remunarations:
- 5 days work per week
- 9am - 6pm
- Basic salary + incentive
