Job Scope:
- Lead the team of operations staff to support the delivery of quality and clinical care to patients
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the daily clinic operations as well as implementation of new initiatives
- Responsible to identify areas of improvements and drive continuous developments and spread good practices across other clinics
- Coaching, nurturing and inspiring the clinic operation staff in their continuous learning and career development
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- A recognized Degree in any discipline
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a managerial capacity with combination of operations management, service quality and customer feedback management
- Candidate with experience in operations in healthcare sector and/or service industry will be an added advantage
