You are a dynamic and passionate individual who comes with wealth of experience in managing restaurants particularly in a western cuisine restaurant environment. You’re personable and able to draw people naturally to create authentic & professional relationship particularly with guests. You’re a natural leader who leads by example and seeks to be motivated by challenges along the way.
Your Profile
- Minimally two years as Outlet/Restaurant Manager in a medium-sized restaurant
- Great knowledge in restaurant management
- Well-versed in operational standards, managing manpower cost & driving financial goals
- Comprehensive knowledge of business needs and productivity requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Excellent administrative, customer service and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in wine and experience in managing steakhouse restaurant will be advantageous
- A can-do attitude
