- Conduct Art lesson professionally according to student’s learning objectives
- Knows the fundamentals and different approaches to drawing media technique
- Lead and plan art related activities such as exhibitions, competitions etc
- Demonstrate techniques in activities such as drawing and painting
- Understand the versatility of paints: dry brushing, staining, layering, underpainting, monoprinting
- Develop, design, implement and review all lesson plans
- Ensure all art teachers deliver art lesson in accordance to the company's standard
- Assess each student’s learning progress and growth in knowledge
- Continual communication and feedback to parents on student’s progress
- Able to handle students of different age group
- Create a conducive environment to enhance learning

- Minimum diploma in related field
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with all levels
- Excellent people management and teamwork
- Comfortable working with children and communicating with parents
- Able to work on weekends
- Proven track record and portfolio
- Strong organisation skills
