Responsibilities:
- Lead BCM program including writing up and implementing BCM policies and framework.
- Respond to incidents and crisis in a timely and appropriate manner.
- Mitigate impact(s) that arise from crisis events and provide support to the Crisis Management Team.
- Ensure operational readiness in times of crisis.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years of direct BCM experience within the corporate banking space.
- Experiences in setting up the entire BCM policies and framework, aligned the MAS BCM policies.
- Well versed in TRM.
- Good stakeholder management skills.
