RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position is for College of Integrative Studies (CIS).
  • Partnerships
    • Prepare and facilitate the signing of partnership agreements, ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined and compliant with institutional policies.
    • Maintain accurate records of partnership agreements, communication, and activities to facilitate tracking and reporting.
    • Contribute to the communication with potential educational and industry partners.
    • Execute the processes relating to student exchange agreements and industry partnership agreements, including facilitation of student selection for exchange programmes, issuance of letters of appointment and appreciation for industry mentorship, collation of student-mentor supervision reports etc.
    • Facilitate the implementation of the CIS Vision Grant.
    • Contribute to regular reports on partnerships and activities, impact on students learning, and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
    • Address student queries relating to academic exchange programmes, industry mentorship, and other industry-immersive experiences.
  • General
    • Organise university- and college-level learning activities such as engagement sessions, special talks and workshops, and other collegiate-building events.
    • Participate in process improvement projects, taking sectional leadership roles where applicable.
    • Assist in various aspects of office administrative duties and operations, including support in short-term projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • A university degree or diploma, with at least 3 years of work experience in a higher education role.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with faculty, staff and students.
  • Strong organisational skills, with a meticulous nature and a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to articulate the value ofpartnerships.
  • Experience in partnership development or engagement, preferably in the education sector, will be anadvantage.
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
  • Strong work ethic.
