Job Description:
- Responsible for distributor targets in the appointed markets and products.
- Develop and cultivate of the markets that you are responsible.
- Understand the marketplace; competitors’ products, pricing and sales strategies.
- Responsible for the products’ profitability.
- Responsible for A&P budget and ensure ROI meets KPIs.
- Develop marketing strategy and product positioning.
- Perform Inventory, Sales and Purchase management.
- Coordinate product launches and promotional activities for overseas market.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing/ Business.
- Candidate with 2-3 years of sales experience in related industry (preferred) or consumer products.
- Team player with strong analytical, excellent international and communication skills.
- Good business acumen and presentation skills.
- Ability to conceptualise marketing directions.
- Proactive and possess independent qualities.
- Good coordination skills.
- Able to work in a fast pace environment.
- Occasional overseas travelling is required in the region.
