Overview:
We are seeking a Business Advisor to engage Small and Midsize Enterprises (SMEs) in Singapore as part of our dynamic team passionate about making a difference by assisting, transforming, and upskilling them. The role would also involve making digital recommendations to SMEs across industry solutions, cybersecurity, etc.
Responsibilities
- Offering first-tier business advisory to SMEs on digital best practices, upskilling, and other improvements.
- Managing timelines and project deliverables.
- Providing advisory on adoption strategy and technology adoption roadmap.
- Managing communication with customers and customer staff.
- Documenting projects and obtaining sign-off.
- Managing multiple projects and deliverables concurrently.
- Overseeing project management of projects undergoing technology implementation.
- Providing consulting expertise in using tools to manage the project and reporting.
- Managing project reports externally.
- Being well-versed in the enterprise solutions technology landscape.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business, Management, or any related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant digital experience, preferably a senior executive with business development experience or equivalent.
- Prior experience working with SMEs and supporting lead generation efforts for programs through existing SME networks.
- Knowledge of government grants, initiatives, and support for SMEs.
- Experience and knowledge of working in/with local SMEs or related stakeholders
- Good interpersonal skills and team orientation with the ability to develop relationships across a wide and diverse group of people.
- Demonstrate independent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
