CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER

  • Responsible for recruiting and training the Customer Service team, and overseeing daily operations.
  • Proactively address challenges, and deliver timely resolutions to minimize impact on customer satisfaction.
  • Identify root causes, determine suitable action plans, and communicate them effectively to relevant parties.
  • Cultivate strong customer relationships, gather feedback regularly, propose service improvements , and promote customer retention.
  • Consistently follow up on operational reviews with customers, addressing complaints, disputes, and service failures through effective corrective and preventive measures.
  • Participate in initial and ongoing business implementation meetings with clients.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives and programs aimed at enhancing effectiveness, efficiency, and maintaining optimal costs
