Job Summary:

- Working days & hours: 5 days ; 9am – 6pm (1 day WFH)
- Working location: Central
- Salary Range: up to S$ 7000 (dep on exp) + avr 2-3 mths VB
Primary Responsibilities
- Supporting and implementing strategies to maximize rental and occupancy of the properties within the Company's assigned portfolio.
- Securing new tenancies, identifying market segments and prospects, managing lease renewals with existing clients, and liaising with property agents.
- Conducting market research of competitors and market benchmarks of rentals and occupancy cost.
- Maintaining good relationships with tenants and prospects.
- Support Manager in preparing annual rental budget, rental forecast as well as monthly management reporting.
- Relevant study in Estate Management, Building, Business Marketing preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant experiences in marketing and leasing in retail outlets and malls
- Must have experience in budgeting
- Candidates who are registered as Salespersons under the Estate Agents Act (EAA) or possess qualifications equivalent to Real Estate Salesperson (RES) examination will be plus point
