Job Description
Servicing & Repair
- Providing service and customer support during field visits or home visit dispatches.
- Managing inhouse and on-site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks for all electronic appliances (TV, Aircon, Washer, Fridge and Camera).
- Comprehend customer’s requirement, diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
- Produce timely and detailed service reports by updating service records in CRM system.
- Ensure routine housekeeping and maintenance of field servicing tools, equipment and parts inventories in order manner.
Service Store
- Updating and monitoring of stock inventories on weekly and monthly basis, such as receipt and disposal of return units, treatment and conversion of products etc.
- Generate CRM reports for Management.
- Support warehouse disposal activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- With 2 years’ experience of relevant working experience.
- At least 2 years-experience in field servicing for consumer electronics products.
- Knowledge and proficient use of electronic tools and diagnostic test equipment.
- Proficient in MS office and smartphone technology with the ability to learn proprietary software applications at ease.
- Meet physical requirements generally associated with field service repair/ warehouse environment (lifting heavy equipment/ appliances, bending etc.). Good eyesight is required as he/she will be working with minutes parts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and diagnostic skills.
- Willingness to perform overtime work when requested.
