RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively explores and suggests ways to improve work processes and systems to enable smooth and productive business operation.
- Seeks opportunities for the business and identify new business growth areas.
- Make that all customer, lead, and interaction records are secure.
- Contributes and work collaboratively with immediate team and cross functional counterparts to deliver common business objectives.
- Develop strong business value propositions and engagement with existing customers via regular joint business plans.
- To builds and improves organization's sales.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Has good interpersonal skills and a high level of energy.
- Strong communicator and has the hunger to find incremental business growth.
- Proficient in Microsoft/ Google, and used to strong business tracking (PSI, sellout analysis, sales tracking & recovery).
- Good in Sales planning and Territory management.
- Excellent in Prospecting, Negotiation, Meeting customer's expectation and Networking.
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience in the relevant field.
