We're seeking a dynamic individual to take charge of Operations, Marketing, and Business Development within our organization. This multifaceted role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, optimizing sales, managing finances, and driving strategic growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management:
- Direct day-to-day business operations, addressing challenges as they arise.
- Implement operating standards to optimize ROI and boost sales.
- Create training plans and foster team development.
- Cultivate positive PR efforts to enhance the company's brand image.
- Identify new sales opportunities, including delivery, corporate sales, and catering.
2. Finance and Leasing:
- Implement effective controls for expenses.
- Monitor and control business performance, recommending improvements.
- Identify strategic expansion locations and build relationships with landlords.
3. Training, Development, and Hiring:
- Train the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop annual training plans to address business needs.
- Coach individuals for career progression and success within the team.
- Take necessary employment actions to maintain quality management and staffing levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' F&B operations experience, preferably in Bakery, Café, and Casual Dining.
- Previous managerial F&B experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of P&L management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and make strategic business decisions.
