Job Scope:
- Responsible for all preventive and corrective support functions to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide technical support to customers to ensure consumer needs are met
- Report issues and customer feedbacks to regional support team
- Review and maintain spare parts in own c-location needed to support local operations
- Adhere to procedures and processes to ensure department’s KPI are met
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Biomedical / Electronics / Mechatronics Engineering or relevant fields from a recognized institution
- Preferably with 3 years of relevant experience in IVD market or in technical support / field service experience handling biomedical equipment or related medical products
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and trouble shooting skills
