Senior Accounts Executive
Responsibilities:
Accounting and Reporting:
- Review, ensure timely and accurate reporting of Malaysia entities accounts (including audit schedules, sales report, monthly analysis, budget etc.)
- Assist to perform group and entities’ monthly 1st and 2nd closing into Jiu Qi system, and ad-hoc accounting reports.
- Assist to meet the Group Chinese Reporting requirements and deadlines.
- Assist in performing Annual Budget for Group and Entities.
- Assist in performing Year-End Closing for Group and Entities.
- Assist to complete the minor reports required by HQ China.
- Assist day-to-day operation accounting for 2 to 3 entities as and when assigned.
- Assist the superior in ad-hoc reporting tasks as and when assigned.
Treasury Matters:
- Assist the Group Corporate Treasury functions on daily basis.
- Preparation of Group monthly Treasury report and HQ Jiu Qi treasury report.
- Preparation of weekly cash balance report.
- Preparation of monthly cashflow forecast for the Group and Entities.
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting or full ACCA or related field. Undergraduates in Accountancy can apply for part-time contract role
- Able to read and write report in Chinese for reporting to HQ is a must.
- Possessing financial audit experience in an audit firm is an advantage.
- Experience in treasury and reporting function is an advantage.
- Strong hands-on experience in financial and management reporting.
- Analytical skills in the development of data-driven reports are a plus.
- Demonstrate ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.
- Permanent role / Contract / Part-time role for up to 6 months
