· Constant liaising with customer via emails and telephone
· Ensuring jobs are completed in timely manner and required information provided to customer & ops team
· Follow customer SOP for all orders and fulfil customer requirements in a timely and accurate manner
· Arrange for inbound collections / outbound deliveries with transporter
- Manage and support inbound receiving process (includes printing documentation, check scanning & update WMS system)
· Manage and support outbound orders (includes WMS system updates, document printing, preparing PL/labels and email correspondence with customer)
· Provide support during stock counting
· Be a team player and assist in ad-hoc warehouse projects wherever required
· Preparing inventory reports and raising invoices to customers
· Provide any other support to the Operations where required (small parts picking/labelling)
