Roles & Responsibilities
Achievement of assumed sales targets in assigned markets. Thorough analysis of entrusted markets and potential customers. Acquisition of new customers in assigned markets. Building and maintaining business contacts. Presenting products, preparing price offers, setting delivery terms and conditions, and overseeing receivables. Monitoring of markets and competitors activities. Planning sales, active participation in creating budgets and promotional activities. Preparation of reports on activities in individual markets.
Individual to be involved in:
1. Administer the listing of automotive products on online platforms. Monitor and promptly respond to customer inquiries and messages on these platforms.
2. Manage and finalize car trade orders, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness. Coordinate with logistics partners to organize vehicle deliveries, meeting customer expectations and ensuring a smooth transaction process.
3. Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving any issues related to car export. Maintain transparent and effective communication channels to boost customer satisfaction and build trust in the car export business.
Requirements:
1. Automotive Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of various vehicle makes and models, including their features, specifications, and market trends.
2. Quality Assurance: Proficient in assessing and ensuring the quality of automotive vehicles, with a keen awareness of quality control processes and standards specific to the car export trade.
3. Cost-Benefit Analysis: Exhibits the skill to conduct thorough cost-benefit analyses, allowing for the evaluation of buyer proposals and the identification of the most cost-effective and value-driven export options in the car trade.
