Responsibilities:
- Understand the needs of the customers, diagnose the problem, recommend, and coordinate professionally to deliver excellent service of the highest standards within the stipulated time while always upholding the company’s principles.
- Attend to the needs of the customers professionally and quickly such that the customer’s waiting time is kept to the minimum.
- Diagnose and provide professional advice for appropriate repairs or servicing or technical assistance.
- Coordinate with relevant parties such that the repair or service is done according to the customer's needs and in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines.
- Keep customers updated with the progress of the work.
- Assist in the daily operation of the reception.
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by CSM
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in relevant customer service industry. Proactive and independent with positive attitude.
