As a Customer Service Officer you will be interacting directly with our customers and be the Voice Of the Customer within Frosts & Quix and manage the sales order process through to shipment.
Work location: Ubi or Tuas
Main responsibilities:
- Provide support for assigned customers and affiliates to meet order requirements and escalate issues to Line Managers or Sales Manager where appropriate.
- Actively work with the customer care team on customer relationship and delivering superior customer experience.
- Day to day communication and collaboration with customers, operations and sales.
- Prepare Invoices, Logistics Packing Sheets, Goods Return Notes and Credit Notes.
- Manage customer expectations and build strong relationships.
- Proactively collect and act on Customer Feedback.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Equivalent
- Good command of English and one other language
- Experience with Microsoft Navision will be an added advantage
