Job Description:
- Overseeing and reviewing operational activities to identify and implement process improvements through process development and automation.
- Developing and leading a skilled Engineering team to provide technical support while ensuring production demands and regulatory compliance are met.
- Driving excellence in Technical, Equipment Engineering, Process and Engineering Design, Research and Development, and Facilities and Safety through effective leadership.
- Establishing process control measures and managing capital and project status to optimize process performance and maximize returns on capital investments.
- Ensuring execution of improvement plans by the technical team to meet project timelines and commitments.
- Creating a technical and equipment engineering support team to deliver world-class solutions to customers.
- Reviewing operational activities to identify significant productivity and quality improvements.
- Providing leadership to Technical, Equipment, Process Engineers, and Work Safety teams to deliver process development and technical support.
- Taking responsibility for Work Safety and Health in production processes and equipment to eliminate hazards.
- Developing a strategy for an effective preventive maintenance plan for Technical services.
- Fostering a teamwork environment to build a highly skilled and cohesive department.
- Leading in-house and automation machine development, including concept, design, budgeting, testing, running, and upgrading to meet production requirements and development needs.
Requirement
- Min. Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Engineering
- Has min. 5 years experience in high-volume manufacturing
- Has min. 5 years leading complex technology projects
- Proficiency in automation, PLC programming, and machining
- Knowledge of chemical processes and safety regulations
- Expertise in design, engineering, and project management
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- Proficient in Solidworks
- Results-driven with attention to detail
- Commercial awareness and effective communication
