JOB DESCRIPTION
- Work closely with the Sales team to understand and define client’s key business drivers and requirements
- Support Sales team throughout the contract lifecycle, including being present at client review meetings to identify opportunities to upsell existing accounts
- Liaise with clients to develop project documentation, such as Statement of Work and implementation plans
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure effective delivery of projects
- Lead a group of vendors during the implementation phase to ensure deliverables are punctual with no downtime during the course of work
- Propose technically viable solutions that satisfies client requirements and add value to the overall proposal
- Ensure all documents and drawings are in place before handover to Service Operations team
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data Centre A&A works is a must
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- A team player with the ability to work alongside subject matter experts to deliver projects on time
- Knowledge in M&E systems setup, ability to interpret drawings/schematic diagrams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to work on weekends or after office hours if and when necessary
