What you'll be doing:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the APAC region. Understand their business needs, identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and proactively address any concerns or issues. Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales Growth and Business Development: Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the APAC region. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify potential customers for MHE products. Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including pricing, promotions, and distribution channels, to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations with key accounts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review and finalize contractual agreements, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations. Monitor contract performance and address any deviations or disputes in a timely manner.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal SU teams, including Sales, After Sales and Marketing, , to ensure seamless execution of customer projects. Coordinate activities across departments, provide necessary support and resources, and drive collaboration to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
- Customer Relationship Management: Implement effective customer relationship management practices to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, gather feedback, and address any concerns or issues promptly. Proactively identify opportunities to add value to customers' businesses and improve overall customer experience.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in international sales and key account management, preferably within the Material Handling Equipment (MHE) industry.
- Experience working in the APAC region and familiarity with its market dynamics and cultural nuances.
- Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Experience in managing large, multinational accounts and navigating complex organizational structures.
