The Organisation Planning Department (OPD) supports the NEA Senior Leadership Team in organisational planning, including corporate events and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting, and manages enterprise risks and risk framework implementation across Groups and Divisions.
You will be part of the Performance and Risk Management Branch in the OPD. Your job responsibilities will include the following:
• Develop and implement risk management policies and programmes.
• Review risk trends and best practices in risk management methodologies to enhance existing risk management programme and practices.
• Work with stakeholders of all levels to conduct risk reviews.
• Provide secretariat support for risk management committees and meetings with management.
• Design and implement programmes to build a risk-aware culture and conduct risk management training.
• Collaborate with the Organisational Planning team for corporate events.
• Undertake other duties and projects as assigned.
[What we are looking for]
• A self-starter and team player with the ability to work effectively across all levels and functions.
• Good command of spoken and written English, and strong presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in risk management with working knowledge of risk management methodologies (e.g. ISO 31000, COSO) is preferred.
• Candidates who have professional certifications in Risk Management will have an added advantage.
