- You will be seconded to work on a global bank's Middle Office Transformation and Platform Implementation project in an Operations Transformation Manager capacity
The Talent
- Bachelor degree with minimally 3-4 years of experience in Operations transformation role, preferably in the banking/financial services industry
- Experience in Capital Markets/Securities services/Transfer Agency domain is a strong advantage
- Prior experience of working on Target Operating Model
- Past experience working on new platform implementation is highly preferable
