Purpose of Job
The Marketing and Communications Executive initiates, develops, and implements new and ongoing activities to support organisational marketing and communications plans. This includes brand management, internal and external communications, as well as marketing projects and events to enhance social and financial impact.
Key Responsibilities Areas
· Responsible for branding and publicity for the Association
· Responsible for building and maintaining the Association’s online presence through good social media and website management
· Plan and execute marketing campaigns on social media and Google, conduct media buy, analyse insights, and make recommendations to ensure the effectiveness of campaigns
· Responsible for content creation, copywriting, design, and editorial work
· Develop and execute all other marketing and communication activities, including internal communications, partner collaborations, media relations, as well as B2B and B2C events
· Any other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Mass Communications or equivalent
· Candidates with 2 years of experience are preferred. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
· Prior experience in social service is an advantage,
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress CMS, Mailchimp, and Microsoft 365 applications
· Knowledge of Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite is a plus
