We’re looking for a seasoned manager to take the next step into senior leadership to join us at Kape Privacy, a trailblazer in consumer SaaS privacy apps with brands like ExpressVPN, CyberGhost, and PIA. We're seeking a Director of Growth (Acquisition and Pricing) to lead efforts in enhancing the efficiency of our B2C Privacy Apps globally by focusing on conversion rate optimization, pricing strategies, and checkout experience enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute the Acquisition Growth Strategy: Utilize your expertise to formulate and implement a comprehensive strategy for optimizing conversion rates, pricing and promotions, add-ons, and enhancing the checkout experience, all aimed at delivering our goals for new customer sign-ups while delivering the best experience to customers.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: You aspire not only to be an expert in User Acquisition but also to lead, manage, and inspire a high-performing global team of 8 marketers, nurturing them into future leaders within the organization.
- Shape the Pricing and Checkout Roadmap: You’re a marketer but a business builder at your core. In this role, you’ll spearhead our pricing strategies and add-on strategy to ensure they align with the company’s revenue goals. And you’ll partner closely with those in the product team to bring those initiatives to life.
- Partner with Acquisition Channels and Localization Teams: Work closely with acquisition and localization teams to optimize customer acquisition cost (CAC) across all landing pages and channels. Ensure a cohesive approach to conversion rate optimization, pricing, and checkout enhancements that align with localized preferences and market dynamics.
- Pioneer Data-Driven Decision Making: You’re not just a marketer; you’re a data expert. As part of your role, you will instill a culture of data-driven decision-making within the team, focusing on areas such as conversion rate and trial activation rate optimization, optimal pricing and free trial strategy, optimized checkout experience, and improving our CPA/CAC/LTV in each acquisition funnel.
